Your order will be processed based on product availability. Please include your name, billing address and phone number.
Shipping and Handling
Please allow up to 3 to 5 days for complimentary delivery through Federal Express unless otherwise specified i.e. overnight or second day or special delivery. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, fax, mail or email.
International clients
Dominique Duval LLC is a US based company and all International clients placing orders intended for foreign ports of entry are directly responsible themselves for all customs charges due in their country upon arrival. It is the responsibility of the client and in his/her best interest, to immediately inform Dominique Duval and Federal Express in the event of goods arriving damaged due to shipping.
Dominique Duval accepts Visa and Mastercard. Checks and money orders are also accepted upon bank clearance.
Returns/Exchanges
Dominique Duval provides its clients with the highest quality possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason whatsoever, you may exchange or refund (excluding any special shipping charges), undamaged goods within 14 days of receiving your order.
